Rush Service is designed for customers who need their PC or service completed as fast as possible. When selected, your request is elevated above standard queue jobs, and we begin work immediately based on current workload capacity. This service guarantees priority handling, not necessarily same-day completion for complex issues, but we’ll do everything possible to make it happen.
What we’ll do with Rush Service:
Immediate Job Flagging
Your ticket is marked as high priority and placed at the front of the queue.Same-Day Communication
You’ll receive a status update from Core Command staff the same day it’s received or dropped off.Expedited Diagnosis or Build Prep
We begin basic diagnostics or build staging as soon as physically possible.Accelerated Service Completion
We aim to complete your job within 24 business hours, subject to service complexity and part availability.Priority Documentation & Reporting
Any documentation or service reports will be prioritized for delivery alongside or immediately after service.Rush Pickup or On-Site Delivery Coordination (if add-on selected)
We'll arrange early pickup or coordinate with on-site service if relevant.
