1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may harm our site, services, or other users. You may not attempt to interfere with site security or gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
2. Orders and Payments
All products are priced and sold in USD.
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments.
You must provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted for custom builds.
Shipping times vary based on destination and courier.
Core Command is not liable for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs, etc.).
4. Build-to-Order Products
Some systems are assembled only after payment is received. Estimated build time will be communicated at checkout.
Once a build is started, cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover part sourcing and labor.
5. Returns & Warranty
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in like-new condition.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Our systems include a 2-year limited hardware warranty.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product names, lore, logos, and custom branding — is the intellectual property of Core Command LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Core Command shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
8. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of those terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

If your Core Command system isn’t the right fit, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Systems must be in like-new condition, including original packaging and accessories
A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened or used systems
Items Not Eligible for Return
Custom-built or modified systems beyond standard configurations
Software licenses or digital products
Systems showing signs of tampering, damage, or misuse
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
If paid with a credit or debit card, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Payments made through Apple Pay or Google Pay typically return in 1–5 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
If for any reason the original payment method cannot be refunded (e.g., the card is expired or refund window has passed), we will work with you to issue the refund through an alternative method (e.g., mailed check, store credit, or secure digital payment). Written confirmation may be required for alternate refund methods.

At Core Command, each system is uniquely assembled to order. Because of the time, planning, and materials involved, we maintain the following cancellation terms:
Standard Orders (Non-Custom)
Orders for non-customized items may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as fulfillment hasn’t begun.
If your order has already shipped, it must be processed through our Return & Refund Policy instead.
Custom or Build-to-Order Systems
Once a custom build has been started (parts ordered or assembly begun), cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
This fee covers:
Time spent on planning and sourcing
Labor already invested in assembly
Potential depreciation of opened parts
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, email support@corecommand.store as soon as possible with your:

Name
Reason for cancellation
We’ll confirm whether your build has started and process your refund accordingly.

At Core Command, every system is more than a machine — it’s a starship. We stand behind each vessel we launch with a 1-Year Protection Plan to ensure your fleet remains fully operational.
What’s Covered
Hardware defects on components included in Core Command-built PCs
Labor for diagnostics and repairs performed by Core Command
Replacement of failed components with equivalent or upgraded parts
One full system recovery or OS reinstallation if required
What’s Not Covered
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
Software issues not directly caused by hardware failure
Issues related to third-party parts or repairs not performed by Core Command
Cosmetic imperfections unless they impact function
Improper Handling may include (but is not limited to):
Failing to ship or transport the system using proper protective packaging (especially if the GPU or internals are damaged in transit)
Dropping, striking, or otherwise physically damaging the case or internal components
Exposing the PC to liquids, excessive dust, humidity, or extreme temperatures
Operating the system without proper ventilation or airflow
Using incompatible power supplies, surge protectors, or plugging into unstable power sources
Unauthorized Modifications may include:
Opening the case and replacing or removing internal components without prior written approval from Core Command
Installing overclocking firmware or BIOS updates that void hardware warranties
Modifying the original cooling system (including fans, AIOs, or thermal paste changes)
Adding hardware that causes instability or physical damage to the system
Tampering with case wiring, custom paint, or decals in a way that compromises performance or resale value
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email support@corecommand.store with your order number, build name, and issue description
Our team will respond with next steps and return instructions if applicable
Ship the system to us using secure packaging; we recommend including the original box if available
Repair or Replacement Timeline
We aim to process repairs or replacements within 7–10 business days of receiving the system, depending on parts availability.
