Welcome to Core Command. We stand behind the quality of every PC we build and every service we perform.

Please review the following warranty and policy information carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.

  • 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

    All Core Command custom PCs include a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery.
    This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

    • Hardware failures under normal use conditions

    • Installation or assembly issues related to Core Command workmanship

    If a covered component fails within this period, Core Command will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you (excluding shipping if applicable).

    Warranty Exclusions

    The following are not covered under warranty:

    • Accidental or liquid damage

    • Improper handling or installation of third-party parts

    • Software corruption, viruses, or data loss

    • Modifications, tampering, or overclocking outside Core Command’s configuration

    • Any service performed by a third party without prior approval

    If a part is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., CPU, GPU), Core Command may assist with the RMA process as a courtesy.

  • Flat-Rate Diagnostic

    All diagnostic services are $50, credited toward the total repair if you proceed with the service.

    Service Guarantee

    All paid repair services include a 30-day limited workmanship guarantee.
    If the same issue returns within 30 days, Core Command will re-diagnose and correct it at no charge.

  • Core Command offers optional pickup and delivery of your PC for your convenience. All prices below include round-trip service (pickup and return delivery of the same device).

    Service Area & Distance

    • Distances are measured by driving distance (in miles) from Core Command’s primary location to the customer’s address, using a standard map service (e.g., Google Maps).

    • Pickup & delivery is available within a reasonable driving distance at Core Command’s discretion.

    Standard Pricing (Round Trip)

    • Tier 1 – Local Zone (0–5 miles)

      • $29 per PC (round trip)

    • Tier 2 – Extended Local (5–10 miles)

      • $39 per PC (round trip)

    • Tier 3 – Regional (10–20 miles)

      • $59 per PC (round trip)

    • Tier 4 – Outer Region (20–30 miles)

      • $79 per PC (round trip)

    • Tier 5 – Beyond 30 miles

      • Base $79 (covers first 30 miles round trip)

      • + $1.50 per mile beyond 30 miles (calculated on total round-trip distance)

    Core Command will provide an exact pickup & delivery quote before scheduling.

    Rush / After-Hours Options (Optional)

    These fees are in addition to the standard tier price above and depend on technician availability.

    • Rush / Priority Pickup (when available)

      • $30

    • After-Hours / Weekend Pickup (when available)

      • $50

    What’s Included

    • Pickup of your PC from the agreed address

    • Transport to Core Command for service

    • Return delivery of your PC after service is completed

    • Basic handling and loading of standard desktop towers, small form factor PCs, and laptops

    Customer Responsibilities

    • PC must be disconnected and ready at the scheduled pickup time, unless disconnect/setup service is quoted separately.

    • Customer must ensure safe, reasonable access to the pickup and delivery location (e.g., driveway, parking lot, clear path).

    • Someone 18 years or older must be present to hand off and receive the PC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Core Command as soon as possible.

    • Core Command may charge a reasonable trip fee if the technician arrives and the pickup cannot be completed due to access issues, no-shows, or incorrect address information.

  • At Core Command, we believe in providing professional service, transparent pricing, and straightforward support for all our computer repair, IT support, and custom-PC build clients. This Payment Policy explains how payment is handled for our services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.

    1. Estimates & Diagnostics
    Before major repairs, upgrades or custom builds, we will provide you with an estimate of costs. A diagnostic fee may apply when we check your system or network. This fee may be credited toward the total cost of services if you proceed.

    2. Payment Timing

    • For standard repair or maintenance jobs that use in-stock parts, payment is due before we release your device or before we consider the job complete.

    • For jobs that require ordering parts, custom components, or extended labor (such as custom PC builds or large IT network work), a deposit or full payment is required before work begins or parts are ordered.

    • Full payment must be received by Core Command before any device is returned to you, delivered, or handed off to your location.

    3. Methods of Payment
    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at time of service. Returned checks or declined payments will incur additional fees or service holds until resolved.

    4. Ownership & Release
    Your device or equipment remains the property of Core Command until full payment is made. We reserve the right to hold the device until payment is confirmed.

    5. Non-Refundable or Non-Cancellable Fees

    • Deposits or payments made to order special parts or to schedule a build are non-refundable once the order is placed and work has commenced.

    • If you cancel a service after we’ve ordered parts, assembled components or begun labor, you may be responsible for those costs.

    6. Late or Outstanding Payments
    If payment is not received as required:

    • We may charge storage fees for devices left on-site beyond the agreed pickup date.

    • Unpaid invoices may be forwarded to a collections agency or subject to legal action.

    • Work may be suspended until outstanding balance is paid.

    7. Warranty & Service Guarantee
    Our service guarantee and any applicable warranties apply only after full payment has been made. Until payment is complete, warranty coverage may be void or limited.

    8. Amendments
    Core Command reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future services.

  • Custom PC Builds

    • 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on custom PCs, starting from delivery date.

    • Returned systems must include all original components and packaging.

    • Restocking or deduction may apply if items are missing or physically damaged.

    Parts & Components

    • Parts ordered through Core Command are non-refundable once purchased, unless defective.

    • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.

    Services

    • All completed service work is final, except under the 30-day workmanship guarantee.

    • All frosted or etched glass designs are final sale once production begins.

    • If a design mock-up is provided, you’ll receive final approval before creation.

    • Refunds or redesigns are not available once approved, except for workmanship defects.

  • We take your data seriously.

    • Customer data is never copied, shared, or retained beyond the repair process.

    • We will not access personal files unless required for diagnostics or repair validation.

    • Customers are encouraged to back up all data before submitting a device.

  • Core Command is not responsible for:

    • Software reinstallation or data loss

    • Delays caused by manufacturer RMA processing

    • Issues arising from post-service user modifications

    By submitting your device or order, you acknowledge that Core Command’s total liability is limited to the cost of the service or build performed.

  • All pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices shown on our website and in marketing materials do not include sales tax.

    How Our Pricing Works

    • Flat-Rate Services:
      Most services (diagnostics, repairs, tune-ups, etc.) are billed at a flat rate that is listed on our website or in your quote.

    • Parts & Hardware:
      Any required parts, hardware, or software licenses are billed in addition to service labor.
      These items will be clearly listed on your invoice.

    • Pickup & Delivery Fees:
      Pickup/delivery, rush/priority, and after-hours/weekend options are separate charges and will be added to your invoice if you choose them.

    Taxes

    • Sales tax is not included in listed prices.

    • Applicable sales tax will be added to your final invoice on any taxable goods and services, in accordance with local and state regulations.

    • The exact tax amount will be shown before payment is collected.

    Estimates & Changes

    • Written or verbal estimates are estimates only and are based on the information available at the time.

    • If we discover additional issues that would significantly change the price, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

    • Prices are subject to change at any time, but work in progress will honor the pricing quoted and approved for that job.
